We set some environmental, social, and governance goals for 2025. Here’s how we’re doing!

rethink

Goal: Increase free access to financial literacy in the Kootenays.

Metric: Hours of knowledge philanthropy donated.

Report: The firm delivered over 100 hours of free financial training and support to Kootenay organizations between December 1st, 2024 and July 31, 2025.

reduce

Goal: Reduce the carbon footprint for the firm.

Metric: Number of trips made by bike (99% human powered).

Report: The firm utilized bike transport for 99% of its business meetings in the first 6 months of 2025.

reuse

Goal: Reduce the physical and social resources required to operate the firm through reuse.

Metric: Number of devices repaired or reused.

Report: The firm repurposed various tech hardware over the first half of 2024 including monitors, charging stations, and cables.

restore

Goal: Support ecological conservation measures in the West Kootenays.

Metric: Fair Market Value of Services Donated to Not for Profit Conservation Organizations

Report: Issued over $6000 of grants to local watershed conservation organizations from December 31, 2024-July 31 2025.
